Adella Coffee is a specialty, small batch coffee roaster based in Anaconda, Montana.

Adella Coffee Bar is located inside the Anaconda Outdoor Store, open only on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Coffee Bar is a place to enjoy a pour over, Arabic (Turkish) coffee, or limited seasonal special.

At Adella Coffee – coffee isn’t just a drink that wakes you up. It’s a ritual waiting to be savored. It comes with a story waiting to be told. Adella Coffee is source driven, bringing in quality beans while supporting sustainability and small farming as much as possible.

The name is a tribute to my Grandmother, Adella. We shared many cups of coffee together. She also passed on stories, tatreez, recipes, and memories that I will cherish forever and pass onto my grandchildren, iA.

Coffee has always captured my attention. I grew up surrounded by the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee. From an early age, I knew that my future would be in coffee.

I worked as a barista in the specialty coffee industry for over 10 years. During this time, I learned the art of crafting the perfect cup and roasting. I’m proud to have turned my love for coffee into a career.

I continue to be inspired by every part of the coffee story. It’s so much more than a beverage. I say that a lot because I mean it. It’s comfort, a ritual, and an experience that connects us across the world.

I am honored to be roasting on a vintage Diedrich, which I purchased from my uncle-in-law. It was the original roaster that started my grandparents-in-law’s coffee business in the 80s, Caroline’s Coffee. I love old things, so of course this family heirloom is a treasure to me. I feel truly honored to be the third generation roasting on it.
